Margot King
Margot King has served as an officer on the board of the WIT Foundation for the past three years and served as the Co-Chair of WIT Connect for 2006. Margot has been very active with non-profit endeavors to include Georgia Bio where she has been engaged to help the steering committee for workforce development to attract and grow science and technology talent and organizations to Georgia.
Professionally, for the past five years, Margot has been the Founder and CEO of OnSite Resource Solutions, a national Recruitment Process company that specializes in Organizational Effectiveness by optimizing talent acquisition processes. Her company has recently been acquired by ZeroChaos, a Minority Business Enterprise global workforce solutions company. She has over 25 years experience as an executive in the human resource consulting business and is an early pioneer in the concept of on-site recruitment and retention solutions.
Margot has been the creator, producer and host of Job Talk, a nationally syndicated radio talk show about career empowerment with over 300 shows to her credit. She is the Co-author of Perfect Phrases for Perfect Hiring, a McGraw-Hill publication (2007), a sought after speaker, and has been a contributing writer/columnist for the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Atlanta Woman magazine. Ms. King was the 2009 recipient of the NAWBO WE Award recognizing Women Entrepreneurs for their achievements in business and contributions to the community.
