Welcome to Women in Technology – where fast-track women meet success.
More than 60 percent of today’s work force is made up of women, and the majority of top women executives have contributed their success to relationships, networking and mentoring. WIT helps women advance their career through leadership and development training, network with the top technology executives in Georgia, and gain project management experience through volunteer leadership positions.
The result: women prepared for fast-track success and with a network to match.
WIT offers programs and volunteer opportunities that fit your needs wherever you are on the career ladder. Our Careers in Action and Executive Coaching programs provide women with leadership training, our monthly leadership development meetings gather nearly 200 people from the technology community for networking and career development, and our volunteer positions build sales, program management and leadership experience. Monthly WIT Bibliobabes Book Club meetings provide informal networking while expanding participant’s personal development. WIT Connect, our annual fundraiser, raises money to support WIT programs and support its philanthropy initiatives, led by the WIT Foundation. Women of the Year in Technology recognizes women for their contributions to the field of technology.
