Executive Readiness

Get Ready for the C-Suite.

The Executive Readiness program combines individual coaching and small-group training to help you develop a personal strategy, promote yourself and your successes and gain the visibility that puts your career on the fast track to the boardroom.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed exclusively for senior-level women in leadership positions at their company.

Candidates must have a minimum 15 years experience in the field of technology, plus experience managing a team of direct reports. A proven track record of successfully managing strategy, with high potential for upward mobility in their company, is also essential.

Develop a brand to leverage your strengths and address your weaknesses
Network with technology leaders in an exclusive setting. Companies including Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Cbeyond and McKesson have used WIT’s Careers in Action programs to coach their high-potential executive women for success in today’s competitive marketplace.

Executive Readiness sessions are offered once per year. The investment to participate is $4,500. All training takes place in metro-Atlanta.
