Who Should Attend?

WIT’s Executive Readiness program is exclusively for senior-level women in leadership positions in their company. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the field of technology, plus have experience managing a team of direct reports. A proven track record of successfully managing strategy with high potential for upward mobility in their company is also essential.

Executive Readiness sessions are offered twice per year.  The investment to participate is $4,500. All training takes place in metro-Atlanta.
