Careers in Action: Executive Readiness Curriculum
Exploring Your Talents
Discover what makes you uniquely you. Participants take an in-depth, three-part assessment that delves deeply into their work style; their personality; how others are likely to perceive them; their strengths and weaknesses; and much more. Participants spend an entire day discussing the results of their report.
Carve Your Own Road
Achieve clarity about yourself and your work. In this half-day session, participants complete a series of interactive exercises to help them focus their vision about who they are and what they want to achieve in their work/life journey.
Build Your Personal Brand
Do people say what you want them to say about you? Participants spend half a day learning what makes up their personal brand; how to assess what people really think of them; and create a brand that reflects their strengths and their vision for themselves.
Crafting, Packaging and Promoting Your Story
Do you know how to promote yourself and your impact on your organization? In today’s highly competitive, constantly changing, and message overloaded technology marketplace, it’s not enough to be successful. Getting exposure and visibility for your company, your products and services, and you are essential to career achievement.
Logic In Communications
Success depends on the ability to confidently address any audience persuasively. PMI Partners presents a proven methodology building the essential skills for constructing a clear and compelling case. During this dynamic workshop you’ll learn techniques for building a convincing introduction, conveying essential information and tailoring your message to any audience.
Becoming Print and Camera Worthy
Participants first get an inside look into the media, what they look for in press releases/stories and what compels them to write or publish an article on you and your story. Then, participants will be interviewed – on camera – and receive coaching on how well they present in front of the camera; how they handle tough questions; and how well they communicated their message.
