Who Should Attend?

WIT’s Executive Coaching is exclusively for senior-level women in leadership positions in their company. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the field of technology, plus have experience managing a team of direct reports. A proven track record of successfully managing strategy with high potential for upward mobility in their company is also essential.
