Preparing to Change the World

Preparing to Change the World

Despite decades of increasing numbers of women in the workplace (almost 50% currently), women in most fields including technology still lag men in advancement, compensation and career satisfaction ( a so called “stalled revolution.”)  Have you ever wondered what leads to this outcome and what you can do about it?  Susan Hitchcock and Barbara Reilly will be addressing some common self – sabotaging behaviors for women as well as the 7 C’s of Success women must master.

Let’s make the 21st century the century of women’s equality.  Our talents as women leaders are well-suited for the challenges we face collectively.  The best solutions are likely to come when there is a balanced approach - women and men sharing leadership to find the best solutions.
