Viable Vendor-Client Collaborations: Creating True Partnerships on Both Sides of the Fence

What are the opportunities and barriers to building successful vendor-client partnerships?  How do you get each to align with the other's goals?

Given the current economic climate, there are many pressures on companies to cut costs and for vendors to meet financial goals.  Discover how leading companies are working to maximize the value that their vendors provide through collaborative relationships at our WIT Forum on May 19, 7:30am, Maggiano's Buckhead.

Get involved and share your ideas during this interactive panel discussion.  Topics include:

  • Tactical approaches to developing relationships with vendors/clients
  • Ways to gain valuable insight into organizational business processes, challenges, and opportunities
  • Strategies that work and those that don't - given from the buyer's perspective
  • How to best select and successfully manage vendors

For vendors - this is a great "insider's view" into the decision making process of the client.
