From 2002 to 2008, Guido was the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategies, of CompuCredit, where he managed global IT operations and led the delivery of IT services to all business units, transforming the IT department into a recognized, high-performing service organization. Guido’s experience and background include senior management positions at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, more than 20 years of international experience across industries, degrees in engineering from the University of Rome (Italy), and appointments at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Guido is a frequent speaker and magazine contributor on the topics of payments, technology management, intersection of business and technology, leadership, innovation and organizational change. He is the previous Chairman of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA), has served on the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Board of Directors, and is an advisor to early-stage technology companies. He has been recognized as one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders in 2008. He is the 2004 GCLA National CIO of the Year, a recipient of the CIO 100 Award in 2004, 2005 and 2006, and of the Society of Information Management (SIM) Senior Leadership Award in 2006. He received the first Techbridge Community Builder Award in 2008 and is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2008.
Guido and his wife, Ellen, live in Atlanta with their two children, Lorenzo and Alessia.
Barbara Sanders
Barbara Sanders is vice president of Information Technology for The Home Depot. Barbara is responsible for IT Enterprise Architecture, along with the Project Management Office.
Previously at The Home Depot, Barbara led the implementation of SAP Retail to support 178 stores, merchandising and supply chain in Canada; held positions of vice president of Architecture and Engineering, Strategy and Planning and supported The Home Depot’s Call Centers and Services businesses.More
Prior to joining The Home Depot in 2002, Barbara served as vice president of Engineering and Architecture and chief architect for Delta Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines Inc. She began her career with IBM, where she spent 20 years in various IT leadership roles. Barbara also spent three years with Citibank as vice president of Systems Architecture, responsible for implementing a global credit card processing platform for the European and North America Bankcards Division.
Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Baylor University and a Master of Science in computer science from Texas A&M University.
Susan Hitchcock
Susan Hitchcock joined Turknett Leadership Group in 1992. In addition to her client services role, she was named executive director of Turknett’s Women’s Initiatives in 2003 and created the Women in Leadership Seminar Series. Susan is also involved in research, writing, and speaking on the subject of women and leadership.More
Before joining Turknett, Susan completed a 24-year career with BellSouth Corporation (now AT&T) where she held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Her career spanned a broad range of line and staff functions including network operations, strategic planning, human factors, management assessment, technical training and executive support.
At the executive level, Susan specialized in internal and external communications. Working with the Network Executive Vice President and serving as a liaison for BellSouth International, she participated in over a hundred local, national and international telecommunications forums focusing on the future of broadband. Susan also directed support services for over 35,000 Network employees across a nine state region. These services included succession planning and leadership development.
A native of Franklin, Kentucky, Susan graduated with honor from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, with a B.A. in Psychology. She also completed the Executive Development Program at Boston University’s Leadership Institute. As a community volunteer, Susan has served as an adult literacy tutor, a teen mentor, a help line counselor, a fundraiser, and a member of the Governor’s Committee on Post-Secondary Education. Supporting women’s leadership, Susan has served on the following boards: Atlanta Women’s Network (AWN), Georgia Executive Women’s Network (GEWN), Board of Director’s Network (BDN), and Possible Woman Foundation International (PWFI). Within these organizations, she has served on executive, scholarship and fundraising committees. In 2007, Susan was named as a Charter Board Member for the Georgia Women’s Institute, and in 2008 joined the board for Literacy Volunteers of Atlanta. In March, 2009, she was elected vice president of the Atlanta chapter of CEO Netweavers, a national organization founded on the principles of servant leadership. Most recently, in 2010, Susan joined the Agnes Scott College Alumnae Board.
A special passion of Susan’s is her “SHEroes” project, a resource dedicated to female leaders. She has interviewed dozens of women—inspirational role models in fields from A to Z—and has recorded their life and career stories along with their leadership insights. Brian Betkowski
Brian Betkowski is well known for applying creativity and innovation in a practical problem solving context. Brian is a serial entrepreneur and is able to seamlessly blend art and science to create game changing business and IT solutions. Brian created Jabian’s industry accepted methodologies for Business and Systems Analysis as well as standardized processes for IT Strategy and Planning. Brian is also well known for his Business Process Management work and Enterprise Architecture leadership. His real passion and expertise lies in Business Strategy and Financial Planning which he practices regularly for internal Jabian projects as well as for Jabian’s strategic clients. Prior to co-founding Jabian Consulting, Brian worked with Accenture in their Communications and High Tech practice focusing on business consulting and systems integration. Prior to Accenture, Brian served as a Mechanical Engineer for Nordson Corporation where he was responsible for manufacturing, system design, research, and development.
With a degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Brian holds two patents and has been published by the Technology Association of Georgia, has spoken at the Business Process Management Society, has been featured on the Professional Atlanta radio show and on TAG Radio, and has co-launched the Atlanta Process Executive Roundtable. He remains an active supporter of Georgia Tech and is on the board of his fraternity alumni association, Chi Phi.
Always looking to make a contribution to the community, Brian established and manages a partnership between Jabian and TechBridge, a local non-profit that provides technology solutions to other local non-profits. Brian and his Jabian team have been actively engaged as advisors to TechBridge and have won the Client Advisor: Local Community Involvement Award for their work. Brian is also actively engaged in Jabian’s charitable organization, Jabian Cares, where he focuses on creating and identifying innovative charitable approaches for our local community and is involved with the many organizations that are supported by Jabian Cares.
Outside of work, Brian keeps a busy schedule with many hobbies: hunting, fishing, sailing, golfing, woodworking, motorcycles, grilling, entertaining, and camping to name a few. Brian also enjoys travel, watching Yellow Jackets football, and NASCAR. Brian lives in historic Inman Park with his wife, Jade, and two dogs, Hank and Junior.
Mark Ryan
Mark Ryan is the CIO of Travelport GDS. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he has global responsibility for formulating and executing the company's technology strategy, including software solutions and applications development. Mark leads a team of more than 500 Travelport technology professionals worldwide with development hubs located in Atlanta, Denver, Kansas City and Langley, UK. He also oversees Travelport's joint venture technology operation in Delhi, India as well as managing an additional 1,000 development staff through relationships with application partners and service providers in Asia, North America and Europe. Most recently, Mark served as senior vice president and chief information officer of Atlanta-based Matria Healthcare, leading 350 IT professionals supporting 50 facilities located across the USA. Prior to joining Matria Healthcare in 2005, he was chief technology officer and a board director of Vodafone Global Content Services, part of the world's largest mobile cellular phone service provider based in the UK.
From 1999 to 2001, Mark was chief technology officer at Weather.com/The Weather Channel, where his initiatives were credited with significantly improving customer satisfaction during severe weather situations and helping to propel weather.com to become the most highly accessed weather web site in the world.
Mark has also served as chief technology officer for eBay where his leadership resulted in the improvement of the company's web site stability, availability and overall quality at a time of exponential growth. Mark spent eighteen years with IBM prior to joining eBay and was an executive-on-loan to the 1996 Atlanta Olympics Games in the role of chief integration architect.
Mark reports directly to Gordon Wilson, Deputy CEO, Travelport and President and Chief Executive Officer, Travelport GDS.
Amy Brady
Amy Brady is WIT's 2009 Woman of the Year in Technology, Enterprise Leve. She leads the Enterprise Technology & Delivery (ET&D) Global Integrated Business & Technology Services (GIB&TS) organization at Bank of America, reporting to Marc Gordon, Chief Technology Officer.More
Brady brings a wide range of experience to this role, with more than 20 years experience in the industry. She previously served as the Vision Transformation Program Executive for the Network Computing Group (NCG) at Bank of America, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. She provided technical, functional and strategic leadership for a major cross organizational change initiative, including implementing new technology, information, process, product and people frameworks that led to improved operational effectiveness and rapid, on-demand technology products to the enterprise.
Earlier, as Customer Experience & Operations Executive for the Consumer & Corporate Services Technology Group, Brady led operations functions including the Software Engineering Performance Center, Release Management, Testing Center of Excellence, Production Support for Consumer and Corporate Staff and Global Sourcing Governance and Strategy.
During her career, Brady has held a wide variety of management positions at Bank of America, including roles within the Consumer Bank as a Store Manager, Sales and Service Manager and Consumer Executive. She also managed an innovative research and development program charged with designing and testing products, services and delivery methods to significantly enhance customer experience.
Brady serves as the Executive Sponsor for Bank of America’s Women in Technology and Operations group, which has 12 active chapters around the world, as well as for the Atlanta LEAD Chapter of Bank of America’s women’s networking group.
Brady graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. with a degree in Psychology and Music. Active in her community, she serves on numerous boards including as Chairperson for the International Committee of the Metro Atlanta YMCA. Previously, Brady was Marketing Vice Chairperson of Imagine It! Children’s Museum of Atlanta.
Scott Fogle
Scott Fogle has 23 years in global communications and computing industries. A successful entrepreneur, he has held significant leadership assignments in domestic and international marketing, sales, operations and product management with NCR, AT&T, Scientific-Atlanta, Rapid Link Communications and Dantis, Inc. and Advocate Networks, LLC.
He co-founded Advocate Networks in 2001 and TeleRazor Technologies in 2002. He has a patent-pending on telecommunications inventory storage and management. He led the planning, development, implementation and launch of two Internet Data Centers in Chicago, IL with over 160,000 sq. ft. of raised floor including operational support systems, methods and procedures, staffing of 200 person engineering, operations, sales and customer service staff. As VP, Product Management & Development for Scientific-Atlanta, he led the development, launch and marketing of Internet-ready satellite networks, and development of new country operations in China, Russia, Brazil and India.
He graduated Georgia Institute of Technology in 1987 and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honors.
Frank Bell

He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Wesleyan School and an Organizing Director for the Private Bank of Buckhead. He was the youngest appointee to the Stetson University Business School board, where he earned his bachelors degree in marketing. Mr. Bell and his family are active members of Buckhead Church and NorthPoint Ministries.
Gene Viscelli
Gene Viscelli joined King & Spalding as Director, Information Technology in December 2004 and was promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer in 2008. As CIO, Mr. Viscelli is responsible for the firm's technology infrastructure, assisting in the development of the firm’s technology strategy, and for the delivery of technology services and litigation support to King & Spalding offices worldwide.More
For the eight years prior to joining King & Spalding Mr. Viscelli was Director of Application Development in the IT department of Delta Air Lines, where he was responsible for the design, development and implementation of distributed applications supporting Delta’s Operations Control Center, Flight Operations Division and In-Flight Services Division.
In addition to his career at Delta, Mr. Viscelli has 20 years’ experience in information technology and consulting with Rohr Industries in San Diego, Calif., Lockheed-Martin in Marietta, Ga., and Eastern Airlines in Miami, Fla. He also has served as Director, Professional Services for American Software and as a senior management consultant with Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Viscelli holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Management of Technology, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

He is sought after as a keynote speaker for conferences and corporate events all over the U.S. In 2007, Tom received the prestigious Turknett Leadership Character Award which is based on character and integrity in leadership, a topic that is often the subject of his keynote addresses.
A champion of servant leadership, Crawford is President of the Atlanta Chapter of CEO Netweavers and is on the board of the national organization.
