 Bronwyn Morgan |  CEO |  Subkulture Innovation

Founder of Subkulture Innovation Lab, an innovation and advanced tech solutions firm focused on future proofing organizations by developing strategic business models and disruptive strategies. Her latest venture is tech start up, Xeo Air, a new B2B solution for drones-as-a-service to connect vetted drone pilots with clients in construction, telecom, civil infrastructure, entertainment, oil and gas, railroad and agriculture. She is a FAA certified drone pilot. She has senior level management experience in sales management, strategic planning, marketing, innovation, emerging tech ventures, corporate innovation, IP commercialization, and business development within Fortune 500 companies on projects in Asia, Europe, and South America. She has worked for firms such as P&G, Coca-Cola, and with major labels and studios in the entertainment industry, as well as Silicon Valley based tech companies. Morgan is also a former Associate Director of Georgia State University’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Institute.

Rene Bostic | Technical VP of Innovation and New Technologies | IBM Cloud, Worldwide

On January 2, 2018, René Bostic was appointed as the Technical Vice President of Innovation and Technologies for IBM Cloud Worldwide. Enjoying her career with IBM during the modern millennial technological era, she leads the Cloud technical sales mission for Blockchain, multicloud, Data Science, Serverless & Container Computing and Cognitive Services. Her strengths and core competencies include a proven record of accomplishments in consensus building at all levels to assess, plan, and implement enterprise cloud computing solutions.

She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM). Her speaking engagements include the topics of Cloud Strategy, Cloud Emerging Technologies and Blockchain. René presented at both the 2015 and 2016 IT Roadmap Conferences sponsored by IDG Enterprises, the 2016 Gartner Enterprise Architecture Summit sponsored by Gartner, and eight (8) Cloud Innovation Tour 2016 events sponsored by IBM (Arlington/Federal Government, New York, Canada, Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, Arkansas, and San Francisco). In 2017, she presented the Blockchain topic at two Society of Women Engineers Conferences, Cloud Expo East (New York), Cloud Expo West (Silicon Valley), the CPAs in Business and Industry Conference, the Agile2017 Conference and several webcasts. Cloud Expo 2017 and 2018 named René a Faculty Member for both their Cloud Expo East and Cloud Expo West Conferences. In 2018, she was a speaker at the O’Reilly Software Architecture Conference (New York), Cloud Expo Europe (London), Blockchain & Bitcoin  Conference Germany (Berlin), Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Russia (Moscow), Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Prague (Czech Republic), Armenia Blockchain Forum (Yerevan, Armenia), and IBM Think Roadshows (USA/Canada).

During her executive career, René gained a wealth of international experience from directing over 450 Information Technology Specialists and Architects globally in North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle Eastern Asia (MEA), Asia Pacific (AP), Greater China Group (GCG) and Japan. From 2013-2014, she was appointed by the IBM Rational Brand General Manager to co-chair a BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) growth market initiative which resulted in significant business outcomes. René has received various IBM Golden Circles, IBM 100% Club Awards, and Career Communications Group Leadership Awards. Through her sponsorship, many IBM employees received national awards to include Women-In-Technology and Black Engineer of the Year Awards while others achieved Distinguished Engineer career goals.

In the June/July 2017 Issue of Working Mother Magazine, René was featured in the article titled, “How Multicultural Women at the Country’s Top Companies Pay It Forward.” In October, she received the President’s Award from the Women of Color STEM Conference 2017. René received a Business and Economics degree with a minor in Computer Science from St. Andrews Presbyterian University (Laurinburg, North Carolina USA). The University of Houston (Houston, Texas USA) awarded her with a Certificate in Strategic Foresight. Also, René is a genealogy enthusiast and resides in metro-Atlanta (Georgia USA).


Noor Virk | Senior Consultant | DellEMC

Noor Virk is a Senior Consultant with DellEMC and works for DellEMC’s Big Data Analytics team responsible for delivering Big Data and AI solutions. Noor has a vast experience in IT, with more than 6 years experience in New and Emerging Technologies. She has worked on several distributed Big Data Projects such as building online-Recommendation engine, building DataLakes and IoT systems.

She’s considered a DELLEMC expert at building distributed systems and loves to code. She has in-depth knowledge in developing real-time big data pipelines, implementing Machine learning Algorithms, and building IoT systems.

She has led Big Data initiatives at a Minnesota based retailer, where she lead the design and development of Data Lakes, Data Ingestion Strategies, Data Security and Algorithms.

Noor holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science. She is married and lives in Austin,Texas with her husband











Maria Schwenger | Vice President of DevOps | Honeywell 

Maria N. Schwenger has established herself as a technology leader and strategist based on 15+ years of experience in software development in startup, corporate, and research environments. Starting as a data management and data governance specialist, she is extremely skilled in managing and analyzing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.

She is also well-known as a strategy architect for her work in building cloud platforms and frameworks as well as for her work in areas like RDBMS/NoSQL, Cloud, IOT, and Cognitive/AI space.

Maria has a detailed knowledge of the industry market needs, which allows her to form a fair and innovative vision for the requirements and the future of the technology. She has an incredible passion for new technologies, which is contagious to team members and clients alike. Maria is exceptionally good working with clients in their initial attempts to test and adopt the new emerging technologies and she has delivered many customer references, joined client and business partners presentations at technical conferences. She is highly recommended by all clients she has worked with.

She is an author of many US and international publications and patents on innovative technologies.

Maria joined recently Honeywell as a Vice President of DevOps and she will concentrate her energy in building the DevOps culture and best practices across the company.
