Moderator: Jenni Crenshaw – Executive Director, Jabian Consulting
Jenni Crenshaw is an Executive Director at Jabian Consulting with expertise in the Software Delivery Lifecycle across multiple methodologies. Jenni was named Women In Technology’s Woman of the Year 2011 and is seen as a generous, visionary thought leader who can adapt tools for success from one environment to another, bringing extraordinary value to both her company and its clients. Over the years, Jenni has become an involved member of Women In Technology and has spoken at and several events geared toward encouraging young girls to pursue education in the technology sphere.
Neeta Salvi – Division CFO, Commercial Vans NAFTA
Neeta Salvi serves as Mercedes Benz USA’s Division CFO, Commercial Vans NAFTA – responsible for steering the financial and strategic direction of the Vans organization to ensure profit growth now and in the years to come. Neeta acts as a strong business partner to top management helping to shape, and define, strategic initiatives to innovate for the future.
Judy Brunson – Department Manager, QM – USA
Ms E Judy Brunson is an industry professional with nearly 20 years of experience devoted to the Research, Design, Development, Release, and Quality of Conventional Automotive Systems, Electrified Automotive Systems, and other Connected Automotive Propulsion Systems.
Ms Brunson is currently the DM responsible for the new Quality Management (QM-USA) function within Mercedes Benz USA. In this role, Ms Brunson is responsible for ensuring all aspects of quality for Daimler products in North America. Her focus includes (but is not limited to) Concept and Development Quality (Engineering), Production Quality (Manufacturing), Retail Quality (Sales), Delivery Quality and After Sales Field Quality.
Andrea Case – Supervisor, Product Deployment
Andrea Case, a dedicated and energetic management professional with diverse and progressive experience leading large-scale training operation initiatives as well as leading innovative, digital guided programs in the restaurant and automotive businesses. She is seasoned in creating, implementing, and effectively managing processes, products, and services. Andrea is very passionate about design-thinking, team collaboration and development. She prides herself in being open-minded, forward-thinking and to maintain the drive in her team to always look to the future. In Andrea’s personal life, she focuses on family and friends. And in her spare time, she plays tennis and rescues animals.
At Mercedes-Benz USA, Andrea works in the Aftersales Business Development Department as the Supervisor of Product Deployment. That translates to leading a team that is focused on implementing new programs around process and digitalization in the dealership. Our efforts are a means of cultivating an innovative culture centered on maximizing efficiencies and profits for the dealerships.
