Atlanta – January 14, 2010 – Women in Technology (WIT) is kicking off the new year by launching its new web site – With the tagline ‘You. WIT. The fast track just got more interesting,’ the site is an easy-to-navigate, one-stop location on the web for information on Georgia’s technology community.

Heather S. Rocker, executive director of WIT, says the purpose of the re-launch is to provide a diverse audience with targeted information they can access quickly and easily.

“2010 will be the year of providing an enhanced experience for both our participants and supporters says Rocker. “WIT’s new web site gives technology leaders – whether that leader is a CIO or a student – everything they need to blaze their path to success.

“At, we are a true resource for women in developing their career. We still list events and announcements, but offer much more for technology leaders ready to take their career to a whole new level,” says Rocker.

The site has five main sections: Manage Your Career, Signature Events, Support WIT, Inside WIT, and Thought Leadership.
