Atlanta, GA – January 26, 2011 – ATLANTA – January 21, 2011 – Women in Technology (WIT), announced today that it has selected Meeting Expectations, a full service meeting planning and association management company, to manage its day-to-day operations and help further the society’s strategic initiatives.

“We are delighted to partner with a company like Meeting Expectations,” said Sandra Hofmann, president of WIT. “Their extensive experience in the field of association management will support WIT’s leadership as we enhance our programs and expand our impact on the community.”

Meeting Expectations will provide infrastructure and support for the marketing, IT, financial, logistical and administrative needs of WIT.  Heather Rocker, executive director of WIT, will join the Meeting Expectations team, effective immediately, and direct WIT’s operations from Meeting Expectations’ offices in Atlanta, Georgia.  Hofmann commented “As executive director, Heather has provided exceptional leadership to the organization, and we are delighted to provide her with additional resources through this new relationship.”
