Graduate Success Network

The WIT Single Mothers’ Program focuses on sustained support for more than 130 women who completed WIT’s original training and are navigating the most challenging phase of the journey: securing a first role and succeeding early in a technology career. Through the SMP Graduate Success Network, WIT provides targeted programming for graduates who are still seeking full-time employment, as well as those who have been newly hired and are building stability. Professional development, access to additional certifications, mentorship, and curated resources help participants strengthen their readiness, confidence, and long-term career momentum, enabling them to transform opportunity into lasting economic mobility.
