WIT Early Career is designed to support women in the first ten years of their technology careers through networking, mentorship, and professional development. The program helps participants build confidence, navigate early-career challenges, and sustain momentum during a critical retention period.

The WIT Early Career Networking Social is a relaxed, in-person gathering designed for early career women in technology to connect with peers, build community, and expand their professional networks in an informal, welcoming environment.

Early Career Mentorship Program

The WIT Early Career Mentorship Program connects industry professionals with women who are in the
early stages of their technology careers with no age restriction, as “early career” reflects experience level,
not age. This program increases accessibility for emerging tech professionals seeking guidance and
support as they navigate their next steps.
