WIT Early Career Small Group Mentorship Program

This program connects women in the early years of their technology careers with executives and leaders from the WIT community. Through structured small-group mentoring and WIT-curated discussion topics, participants gain practical career insights, strengthen professional skills, and engage in meaningful conversations while building connections with peers.

This Program Is Designed For

Women in the first ten years of their technology careers seeking mentorship, networking, and professional development. Best suited for individual contributors or early leaders looking for guidance as they navigate career growth in the technology industry. Participants will strengthen their professional foundation, learn from experienced leaders, and connect with peers navigating similar early-career experiences.

Requirements: Must be based in the Atlanta area and able to attend in-person sessions.

Program Timeline: June – November 2026

Program Fee: $100
